GETTING STARTED
After you fill out the 'Free Estimate' form you'll get a response from us. We will get some additional information and schedule a walkthrough of your home with one of our representatives.
THE WALKTHROUGH
A walkthrough is necessary since every home is different, and we choose a different approach depending on the situation. The goal always is to do the repipe in the least invasive way. Our representative will talk to you about what can be expected during the repipe, some eventual complications that may arise, and answer all your questions.
REPIPE START DAY
The crew supervisor will do a quick walkthrough with you to get familiar with the house. The next step is protecting of your floors and personal belongings. After protection is complete, drywall cutting will begin. New pipes will be ran throughout the house.
WATER SHUT-OFF DAY
For most homes, water will be shut off the second day of the repipe. Water service will be restored by the end of the working day. Our repipe specialists work hard to minimize the water shut-off duration as much as possible.
CITY INSPECTION
City inspection needs to be passed in order for drywall patching to begin. Depending on the city inspectors' schedule patching can begin on the third day, if the inspection has been passed before noun.
DRYWALL PATCHING AND PAINTING
Patching and painting requires at least day and a half in most cases. After all drywall work is completed, another final inspection needs to be passed. After this the repipe is consider completed and you can go back to your worry-free life, plumbing-wise at least.
