For the latest schedule, click on the link to the right. Two units will be started every other day. The whole process will take up to 6 business days for each unit. Water will be off on the second day of the repipe between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. Work will be performed on weekends only in emergency situations.

Your home will be cleaned on a daily basis, also water service will be restored each evening before 5pm. Relocation during the process is not necessary and it's up to your personal preference. You don't have to be present during the day, project manager will make sure your home is locked in the end of each work day.

Walktrough of every unit will be performed with the project manager, so that you can prepare accordingly and arrange access to your home before the start date. The walkthrough will be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Based on the provided schedule, you can contact us three weeks before your specific start date to schedule your walkthrough with the project manager. Walkthroughs will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. If we don't hear from you, we will try to contact you and post up to three notices on your door. Failure to provide access on the start date may lead to costly delay, which you might be liable for.

The project will progress street by street in the following order: Medici, Giotto, Michelangelo, Titian, Donatello, Cellini.
